Cullen blushes. It's not the first time Nellie has praised his being different from the others but just to have her say it again makes his heart flutter. "Thank you," he replies, "although not all of us see mages as monsters, believe it or not. Father taught me to be fair." He shakes his head at her question. "There's only me. Sadly. It would have been nice to have a sister or a brother or both, honestly."
