Solona had been giving it some thought ever since Anders brought it up. Escape the tower together? Her, Nellie, him and even Cullen? It was crazy but the way Anders explained it, it just might work. Surprisingly, Cullen agreed to do it, with Nellie's powers of persuasion of course.
So now the four of them are off to escape the Tower. Hopefully everything goes according to plan.

"Then let's get moving. It's gonna be a long way to Amaranthine..."
Nellie nods.
"And if we're lucky, we'll beat the crowds..."

Cullen takes the lead again, rolling his eyes at Solona's complaints. The trip to Amaranthine takes a good two days, given very little time to rest. Once they arrive, the same situation stands. The docks were swarming with refugees, desperate to leave.

"I could carry you, love, if you want."
Once they get to Amaranthine, Nellie frowns. The situation is the same as it was outside of Lothering, but at least here there are still boats leaving, and these boats are still in tact.
"We need to get on one of these boats...who do we talk to about that?"
no subject
Cullen adjusts the shield on his back. "Let me handle that, Nel," he says, walking over to one of the guardsmen in the area. Cullen has a brief conversation with him before returning. "All the larger boats are filled but I was able to get information about this cargo ship that's letting in refugees. We'll be placed in the storage area of the ship along with a few other people but-- do you think it's worth it?"
no subject
"I know. But if you ever feel lazy enough, I'm more than willing."
Nellie nods and listens to Cullen.
"It sounds like it's our only option...either we wait for another boat, which may not even come, or we take what we can get. What do you two think? Will it be okay in the cargo area?"
Anders frowns for a moment, looking at the sack on his back, taking it off to examine the cats inside for a moment. They don't seem to be any worse for the wear, and are sleeping at the moment...will they be all right in the cargo area?
"Do we really have another choice? The sooner we get out of Ferelden, the better off we'll be."
no subject
Cullen grimaces. "Around two sovereigns each."
Solona's eyes fly wide open. "Two sovereigns? Those bloody cunts are just off to steal our money!" She looks as if though she could spit out fire.
no subject
Anders and Nellie both wince at the price.
"Two sovereigns...each...to get in the cargo hold? That's insane! They're taking advantage of people's fear to make money, those Blighters!"
Anders looks furious. He probably could spit out fire if he wanted to. Nellie just looks sad.
"There must be something else we can do..."
no subject
"We can't just stay in Ferelden too. Prices are going to eventually raise," Solona adds.
no subject
"We should have enough money saved up to be able to pay...it'll just be a bit tight afterwards, that's all..."

It's Nellie who's chiming in, a determined look on her face.
"We've still got our savings, and Anders and I have been making money from the apothecary...Cullen's been getting paid too, right?"
no subject
"Then this trip will most likely only go one way." She sighs deeply. "Are you all ready to leave Ferelden?"
no subject
"We can always come back when the Blight is over, if we save up money in Kirkwall as well..."

Nellie's got a weak, hopefully smile on her face.

Cullen nods and walks off to the man, pays him and gestures for the rest to follow him towards the ship.

"What a perfect day to find out that I'm pregnant," Solona chuckles, trying to find the humor in the situation.
"Ah, and there's that," Cullen groans, rubbing the bridge of his nose in irritation. "We're going to have to worry about that when we reach Kirkwall as well."
no subject
He sighs and wraps an arm around Solona.
"We'll be okay, somehow."
Nellie nods and smiles.
"Besides, this is only until the Blight's over."

Nellie's smile fades and she sighs quietly.
"Well...we'll just wait and see. At least we'll be safe..."
